Annemarie van Toorn graduated in Dutch law (private law) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and was admitted to the Bar in 1999. In 2003, she established her own legal practice in Rotterdam.
As the child of expats Annemarie lived in England and the United States and later lived in Spain with her own family. This has given her a broad international background. She has been active as an equestrian since childhood, a passion she has combined with her legal expertise, allowing her to specialize in equine law.
Annemarie has been a litigation lawyer for over 25 years. In addition, she is an experienced mediator.
